Shanxi University is located in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, and is one of the oldest universities in China. It is a national "Double First Class" construction university, a "joint construction university" between the Ministry of Education and the Shanxi Provincial People's Government, a base for the 111 Plan, 101 Plan, Talent Plan, Ministry of Education Basic Discipline Top notch Student Training Plan 2.0, a national innovation and entrepreneurship typical experience university, and a base for inheriting excellent traditional Chinese culture. In 1998, it became a key construction university in Shanxi Province; In 2005, it became one of the earliest provincial and ministerial jointly built universities; In 2012, it was selected as a university for the "Comprehensive Strength Enhancement Project of Central and Western Universities". In 2018, it became a joint construction university between the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Shanxi Province; In 2022, we aim to become a "Double First Class" university in China.

This deployment method allows administrators to perform unified maintenance and management, without directly contacting the end user's client, and can remotely complete application configuration, updates, and maintenance work. This means that even if an operating system or application software upgrade is required, it can be quickly completed without affecting user usage, greatly reducing the workload of on-site maintenance and potential inconvenience.

Deploying the voice room in the data center not only improves operational efficiency but also optimizes resource utilization. Because hardware resources are centrally managed, they can be dynamically allocated according to actual needs, avoiding resource waste. At the same time, the high security standards of data centers also provide strong information security guarantees for cloud network voice rooms, ensuring the security and privacy of teaching data.

Hand in hand cooperation

In December 2024, Shaanxi Greelan Technology Development Co., Ltd. reached a cooperation agreement with Shanxi University to establish 13 smart cloud network voice laboratories. The company's technical engineers entered the school in January 2025 to begin implementation, and completed the installation, debugging, and training of equipment in 13 classrooms on February 16th. Currently, the classrooms have been successfully delivered and put into use.
