The annual expansion training after the start of work has become the culture of the Greelan company, and employees are already prepared to actively participate. This year's expansion training was held on the first day of the new year's work, and except for employees who cannot leave due to work needs, other employees enthusiastically participated. A two-day and one night expansion training was held from February 13th to 14th.

   On the morning of February 13th at 8 o'clock, the participants were ready to go to the Shaanxi Yasen Expansion Training Base and arrived at their destination. They put on their brave camouflage uniforms and lined up in line. Following that, the opening activity was held, and all participants were divided into two teams. At the request of the coach, the captain, vice captain, and flag bearer were selected. Under the leadership of the captain, each team named themselves, set slogans, drew team logos, sang team songs, and formed a formation representing the team. All tasks were completed within 10 minutes. Under the leadership of the captain, everyone carried out these tasks in a tense and orderly manner with clear division of labor. After 10 minutes, the coach blew a whistle, and each team demonstrated their achievements, successfully completing the first task assigned by the coach.

Following that, under the guidance of the coach, the training kicked off. On the first day, the challenge projects included "We Are the Best", "Ascending to the Top", "Tongtian Avenue", "Flying to Luding Bridge", "Shenbi Maliang" and other projects. These projects were all activities to exercise teamwork and team member trust, as well as to challenge oneself. These projects enhanced employees' confidence and sense of responsibility, and through cooperation, communication, and collaboration, they achieved their goals.

The next day, with the morning light and snow falling, the teams gathered together and began their morning exercises. After breakfast, the next challenge was the challenging tasks of "High altitude Spider Web" and "Rock Climbing", both of which were relatively difficult. These were challenging subjects that required all members to complete collectively. After one day of challenge, through the persistence and solidarity of everyone, the target task was completed. The strength of the team was endless, and they persevered to help everyone achieve their goals and desires.

The two-day and one night training was brief, but it was a breakthrough for each and every one of us. It taught us the importance of communication, collaboration, and execution. In the cold winter, the employees successfully completed the training in the face of falling snow. Their enthusiasm made this winter not so cold, and they welcomed a brand new tomorrow with laughter and joy. Together, we create miracles in 2019!
