With the accelerated development of globalization in the new century, cross linguistic and cross-cultural communication continues to deepen; The implementation of the "the Belt and Road" initiative and the realization of a community with a shared future for mankind depend on the cultivation of multilingual talents through multilingual education. In this context, the Education Linguistics Professional Committee of the Chinese English Chinese Comparative Research Association, together with the School of Humanities at Xi'an Engineering University, held the 10th Annual Conference in Xi'an from May 10th to 12th, focusing on the theme and sub topics of "Multilingual Ecology and Multilingual Education".
