Hebei Institute of Environmental Engineering, formerly known as the China Environmental Management Cadre College, is praised by society as the "Huangpu Military Academy" of the environmental protection system and the "Green Cradle" of environmental protection talents. The school is a higher education institution that was approved by the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development and Environmental Protection in 1981 and registered with the Ministry of Education. It mainly cultivates environmental protection professionals and is one of the earliest universities in China to carry out ecological environment education.
