Xinjiang Vocational and Technical College of Science and Technology is a full-time ordinary higher vocational college with independent nationally recognized academic qualifications. Its predecessor was Xinjiang Science and Technology School, which was established in 1993 with the approval of the Education Department of the Autonomous Region. In 2014, with the approval of the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the filing of the Ministry of Education, Xinjiang Vocational and Technical College of Science and Technology was officially established. The school is located in Qinggeda Lake National AAAA Tourist Scenic Area, Wujiaqu City, Xinjiang.
