Sanya University is an ordinary undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education of China. It was funded and constructed by Mr. Li Shufu, Chairman of Geely Group and Mingtai Group. It is an independent private ordinary undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education and is the first full-time ordinary undergraduate institution in a tropical coastal city in China, sponsored by Mr. Li Shufu, Chairman of Geely Holding Group. Established in 2005. In 2012, the school ranked third among independent colleges in China and was successfully converted into an independent private university by the Ministry of Education. In June 2022, Shaanxi Greelan Technology Development Co., Ltd. reached a cooperation agreement with Sanya University for the construction and upgrading of a computer network voice room. The computer network voice room is based on the network foundation of computers, equipped with a teacher's main control machine (POE power supply), integrated with voice software, and student terminals equipped with voice boxes, headphones and other devices, perfectly combined with computers to form a one room multi-purpose computer network voice room. The staff of Shaanxi Greelan Technology Development Co., Ltd. began project implementation at the end of November, completing the installation, debugging, and training of hardware and software equipment. The acceptance was completed on December 5th and put into use.
