At the meeting, the "Collected Works on Building a Strong Higher Education Country (IV)" and the "2025 Higher Education Science Research Plan Project" of the association were released. Eleven universities from Jilin, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region jointly launched the "Changchun Initiative for Universities to Serve the Comprehensive Revitalization of Northeast China".

Vice Presidents of China Higher Education, Guan Peijun, Jiang Zhiying, Guo Xinli, Zhang Daliang, Ge Daokai, and Jiang Enlai, Supervisory Director of the Society, Sun Weijie, Executive Vice Director of the Science and Technology Service Committee of the Society, Lei Chaozi, Vice President and Secretary General of the Society, Li Nan, Deputy Secretary General Wu Yingce, and Administrative Advisor of the Society, Zhang Wenzhong, attended the meeting. More than 30 branch offices and 15 provincial and municipal higher education association leaders participated in the event.
